AR66 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform User Guide for All Malaysian Players

To register and use the ar66 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Is an individual acting in your own personal capacity — not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• Not located in a region or country where access to AR66 services is prohibited under local law.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. False information is grounds for account closure.
• Has never had an account previously closed by AR66 due to a terms violation.

AR66 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account verification may be required before your first deposit, depending on the risk level assessed by the AR66 system.

You are fully responsible for the security of your AR66 account username and password. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be AR66 staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings — AR66 strongly recommends this additional layer of security.
• Notify the AR66 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

AR66 will never ask for your password through any channel. Any message requesting your login credentials on behalf of AR66 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team.

AR66 may require you to submit identity verification documents (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly when:

• Cumulative withdrawal amount reaches a specified limit.
• AR66's security system has detected unusual activity on your account.
• This is your first large withdrawal request.
• AR66 is required to do so under anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Documents that may be requested include your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or proof of ownership of the payment method you use. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours once all required documents have been received.

• The standard processing time is 1 to 2 hours for standard withdrawals once verification has been approved.
• Withdrawals involving large amounts or those that trigger a security review may take up to 24 business hours.
• You must meet any rollover requirements tied to a bonus before that bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• AR66 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, including KYC documents if these have not yet been submitted.

• Odds displayed as a result of an obvious technical error (for example, odds of 100.00 on a heavy favourite) are considered invalid, and any bets placed at those odds will be voided.

For in-play (live) betting, odds change in real time in line with how the match unfolds. AR66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend in-play markets during critical moments such as penalties or red cards to maintain odds integrity.

An AR66 account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Third-party actions affecting the outcome of a sport or game (for example, match-fixing carried out by parties unrelated to AR66).

Ar66's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the total amount you have deposited into your ar66 account in the 12 months preceding the relevant incident.

AR66 reserves the right to amend, update or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made:

• Members will be notified via their registered email or through an in-platform AR66 notification at least 7 days before any amendments take effect, unless the changes are immediate due to security or legal reasons.
• Continued use of the AR66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
